Arlene is your home trainer. She provides specialized fitness training to individuals who are committed to reclaiming or maintaining their health and wellness. With over thirteen years of experience and a visual art background, Arlene is trained in many fitness training modalities. With her customized fitness programs, you will get the inspiration and guidance you need to achieve and maintain your fitness and wellness goals.

After having her third child and third C-section, Arlene became passionate about fitness, determined to get in the best shape of her life. She attended every local class she could at local gyms and soon became a favorite of instructors, who asked her to assist in teaching and model form for other students. When a Ujam instructor suggested that Arlene become certified in fitness training, Arlene took that advice and ran with it.

As Arlene, a New York native, likes to say, ‘If someone tells me I can’t do something, I’m even more determined to do it.’

A Ujam certification led to instructor training in CrossFit, TRX, Sandbell, cycling, BootyBarre, and more. After that, Arlene began her personal training journey, teaching individuals in her personal training facility as well as in premium gyms throughout the East Bay, California area.

Known for her pump-up playlists using the latest dance music and featuring throwback jams, Arlene’s personal training services incorporate custom-tailored dietary advice, various fitness workouts tailored to your needs, and thoughtfully curated playlists designed to inspire and energize. Arlene is known among her clients for her positive attitude. It’s clear that her mission is to motivate the people around her. As she likes to say, there’s nothing more rewarding than a great sweat and a great smile!

With the recent restrictions on indoor training, Arlene offers outdoor training as well as open-air training in a private studio, fully equipped with weights and cardio machines.
