10 Training Sessions – contact for pricing

Fitness programs require a minimum 10-class commitment. Many clients choose to prebook 20 training sessions or more at a time. Training sessions can be spread out to your comfort level, although most fitness clients choose to use at least two training sessions per week. Includes optional diet and nutrition prepping.

Teen Training Sessions – contact for pricing

Teen classes are offered at an adjusted rate and are a good way to keep kids active in the time of the pandemic. Minimum age is 12 years old. Includes optional diet and nutrition prepping.

Free Consultation

An initial free consultation will allow Arlene to determine your fitness needs and how best to meet them. Each training regimen is custom-tailored to your preferences, goals, experience level, and personality. Fitness programs come in 10-session blocks and can be scheduled to your preference and convenience.  

Dietary Advice

Along with designing a custom fitness program for you, Arlene will also give you dietary and nutritional advice, included in your personalized regimen. Dietary restrictions and preferences are taken into account when constructing personalized dietary and nutritional advice.

Group Training Sessions

Group sessions are available for an adjusted rate. This is a great way to socialize safely and healthily with friends!
